Will the Cleveland Cavaliers once again surprise us with the first pick? Will Joel Embiid fall down the draft boards as a result of his foot injury? The answers to those questions will be answered starting at 7:30 p.m. ET, when the Cavs tip off the 2014 NBA Draft.

The event on Thursday at The Barclays Center will air on ESPN with a preview show beginning at 7 p.m. ET. For those not around their television sets, an online broadcast will be available on WatchESPN.com.

After the Cavaliers reveal who they favor between Andrew Wiggins and Jabari Parker -- that's if they don't surprise -- the Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers will take shots at adding to their respective young cores. This version of the draft is billed as one of the best in the past several years. Additionally, the tie-ins beyond the draft are inevitable with Kevin Love on the trading block and LeBron James available as a free agent.

Time: 7:30 p.m. ET

Livestream: WatchESPN.com
