The most pressure LeBron James faced in his entire career was on two free throws in Game 7 of the NBA Finals. Going up for a dunk on a potentially game-deciding play, James appeared to hurt himself in a hard fall to the ground, but went back for free throws, making one of two. It gave the Cleveland Cavaliers a 93-89 lead in Game 7, which clinched the championship.
That did it. That one free throw is all the Cavaliers needed, and just like that, James won the third championship of his career. What a wait for Cleveland, and a Game 7 overall.
