(Sports Network) - The Cleveland Cavaliers will resume a three-game road trip tonight, when they pay a visit to the Memphis Grizzlies at FedEx Forum.
The Cavs have won four straight and seven of eight games, including Sunday's 101-86 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks in the opener of the trek at the Bradley Center. Delonte West led the victors with 21 points and superstar LeBron James added 14 points, 10 assists and five boards for Central Division- leading Cleveland, which used a 29-0 run in the first half.
Mo Williams ended with 13 points and Shaquille O'Neal added 10 in a winning effort. The Cavaliers will also visit Houston on the trek and are 7-3 as the guest this season.
"We turned it around very quickly," said Williams. "We did a great job getting back in the game. Slowly, but surely, we didn't take bad shots. We came out, we executed and we got stops. It was a domino effect throughout the second quarter, which was great."
In injury news for Cleveland, forward Jamario Moon is questionable for this evening because of a strained left groin.
Memphis, meanwhile, will continue a three-game homestand Tuesday and has won back-to-back games. In Friday's 98-82 improbable triumph versus the Dallas Mavericks in the opener of the residency, O.J. Mayo chipped in 25 points and Zach Randolph added 24 points and 15 rebounds for the Grizzlies, who will also host Oklahoma City and are 5-3 at home.
"We are playing more together. I think we're starting to gel a little bit," Randolph said. "As the season goes on, we'll continue to get better."
Rudy Gay had 18 points in a winning cause.
Cleveland took both matchups with Memphis a season ago and has won seven straight, nine of 10 and 10 of the last 15 games in the series. The Cavs are unbeaten in their last three trips to FedEx Forum.
