The Knicks make it four straight with a home win against the Bobcats.
It's particularly frustrating to see the Bobcats "waste" a solid game from D.J. Augustin on the road. While Stephen Jackson did what he does, Gerald Wallace did what he does, and Boris Diaw did what he does, Augustin went above and beyond, playing over his head, outplaying his predecessor head to head.
The Bobcats couldn't stop the Knicks from making threes early, but clamped down on the distance shooting late, coming all the way back to make it a 1-point game with 3.6 seconds to go.
That was dicier than it needed to be, but a win is a win. Nice, even effort by the Knick offense, even if they nearly blew it all in the fourth. Recap will be up later tonight.
Tonight, the Charlotte Bobcats face the New York Knicks in a battle of contrasting styles. But the one thing both coaches seem to have in common is a strong distrust of rookies.
