The Nets' 12-game road losing streak came to an end in Charlotte with a wire-to-wire, 94-89 victory over the Bobcats on Friday. Brook Lopez recorded his second double-double of the season, leading all scorers with 31 points and adding 11 rebounds.

The Bobcats were dominated by a young big man for the second game in a row. For the second game in a row, the Cats fell behind by a wide margin early before storming back in the fourth quarter. And for the second straight game, Charlotte came up just a little short, losing 94-89.

Harris Played Through Illness on Wednesday

Avery Johnson revealed Friday at shootaround that Devin Harris played through a fever and a stomach virus on Wednesday against the Hornets. Johnson waited until the last possible minute to keep Harris on the active list and Harris scored just two points on three shots in the Nets' win, but his counterpart, Chris Paul, wasn't much better.
