Was it really less than a week ago that Kevin Durant threw down on the Dallas Mavericks in OKC? It seems unbelievable in my mind. Today, the Mavericks closed out their fourth game against us in three weeks by totally annihilating us in every way that mattered.
It was a depressing outing for the Thunder, as they got manhandled by a team that was clearly struggling this season. But a few key matchup problems swung in the Mavericks failure, allowing them to overcome their initial dysfunction.
A 0-4 and a 1-3 Team meet near a Lake. 3 Hours later both are 1-4. Gnaaaaa! Happy New Year.
The Mavericks have been awful this season. Awful. And it's not just that the Mavs are lacking defense. They're lacking offense too.
