The Lakers again led wire-to-wire to beat Denver and take a 2-0 series lead, but if Denver had made some of their open three pointers they easily could have stolen this game.
After Game 1 when the Thunder won on a last second jumper by Kevin Durant (a shot that needed a favorable bounce to find its home), I thought the Mavericks would be deflated in Game 2. Dallas came out last night and played very well, but still lost

Well, it's back to the drawing board for George Karl and the Denver Nuggets. Karl could be heard on ESPN's "Wired" segment pleading with his team to push the pace and play with energy; his team ignored his pleas.
