  • Giricek is an athletic sharpshooter who can stretch opposing defenses and can also work his way inside.
Flaws
  • At 6'6", Giricek is a little small to be playing small forward and he still needs to improve his consistency before he can become a regular starter in the backcourt.

  • Giricek is more than capable of scoring 15 points a game -- but isn't quite there yet.
