  • One of the best defenders in the game. Excellent shooter with great range and explosiveness to the lane. Terrific ball handler and playmaker. Tough, gritty competitor.
Flaws
  • Payton sometimes loses confidence in young teammates and won't get them the ball. Also, his ego can sometimes be a distraction in the clubhouse.
