It looks like Lionel Hollins is on his way out of Memphis, and fair or not, the Grizzlies will be second-guessed for letting things get to this point.
Detroit big man Greg Monroe needs to snap out of his funk and get his team back into the win column. The Pistons will be relying on him both offensively and defensively.
The Detroit Pistons are hoping to cut their losses with former first-round pick Austin Daye in his fourth NBA season.
Charlie Villanueva and Austin Daye came into training camp saying their struggles were behind them. But early returns say the two are as bad as ever and they are running out of time to make their cases.
Austin Daye couldn't shoot, couldn't guard, defend or rebound last season. Daye wants to show everyone last year was a fluke but he is out of the rotation and with little chance of playing his way into it.
