Recap: Chicago vs. Washington

Chicago, IL (Sports Network) - Tyrus Thomas scored a game-high 19 points while Joakim Noah contributed 13 points and 16 rebounds to lead Chicago to a comfortable 93-70 win over Washington in the preseason finale for both teams.

Brad Miller chipped in 18 points, seven assists and six rebounds, and John Salmons and Taj Gibson netted 14 and 13 points, respectively, for the Bulls, who were without Derrick Rose (ankle).

Gilbert Arenas scored 15 points on 3-of-12 shooting for the Wizards, who found out on Friday that forward Antawn Jamison will miss up to four weeks of the regular season with a shoulder injury. Andray Blatche recorded 14 points and eight boards in the loss.

Chicago opens its regular season next Thursday at home against the Spurs, while the Wizards open their regular season next Tuesday in Dallas.
