NCAA Basketball Rankings: Kansas Drops To No. 6, Ohio State Holds Steady At The Top
After getting overwhelmed in the second half of Saturday's showdown with Texas, the first loss of the season for the Kansas Jayhawks dropped them all the way to no. 6 in the country in the latest Top 25 rankings from the Associated Press.
Elsewhere, Ohio State maintained their stranglehold on the top spot by surviving on the road at Illinois, while Pittsburgh jumped to no. 2 in the nation, edging out Duke as the highest-ranked one-loss in the nation. San Diego State, meanwhile, remains undefeated (20-0) and nipping at their heels in the fourth spot.
