Heaps of scorn were thrown at the evil creation known as Twitter last weekend. After Jay Cutler's injury and subsequent sideline pouting session, multiple pro athletes took to Twitter to voice their immediate opinions on the matter. By doing so we were reminded that social media like Twitter is the devil's tool and is leading to the downfall of mankind (in theory).
Wednesday night, Jimmer Fredette did what he's been doing all season. He lit up the scoreboard and put the BYU Cougars on his back, leading them to victory. Only this time, everyone in the free world was paying attention. And once again, Twitter was full of snap-decision opinions from pro athletes.
Only this time there's one big difference...EVERYONE HEARTS JIMMER!
So athletes can use Twitter for positive things too? Shhh...don't tell anyone.

Sorry, but...
this UNLV fan does not heart Jimmer. He’s a great scorer but UNLV fans don’t like Jimmer.
