Actual news doesn't always line up with TV GUY NEWS. Case in point:

Kent Taylor U of L to Big XII?, announcement on Cards future expected within next hour
Oct 18 via Twitter for BlackBerry®FavoriteRetweetReply
TV guy Kent Taylor teased a potential Big 12 takedown of a key Big East team that would set Bill Connelly's conference realignment horrorscape hypothetical into full motion. BLOOD AND SCREAMING AND IT'S TUESDAY MORNING.
But the actual news was a contract extension for Louisville Cardinals football coach Charlie Strong. However, see, it's not entirely off.
Taylor asked a question -- "U of L to Big XII?" -- that's on the mind of many a Cards fan right now. Legit. He's asking. Do you know? Maybe you should figure it out. Stop leaving it all to the TV guy.
Oh, he also said there's an announcement coming soon, which will impact the program's future*. If you read a connection between the two, that's your own fault. As if we're delineating thoughts from tweet to tweet now.
* What, like Charlie Strong's contract doesn't affect the future of the school? Charlie Strong knows Rick Pitino!
