Louisville Vs. Kentucky: Game Time, TV Coverage And More

The Louisville Cardinals and Kentucky Wildcats get set to play their annual rivalry game on Saturday.

Dec 31, 2011 - The Louisville Cardinals are coming off a loss to the Georgetown Hoyas, which snapped a 20-game home winning streak as they get set to take on the Kentucky Wildcats in their annual rivalry game. The game not only includes state rivals and bragging rights, but it includes rival coaches in Rick Pitino and John Calipari.

"It's two different programs and two different leagues. We're not really recruiting against each other. It's just this one time and our fans are going to be happy or their fans are going to be happy, and that's it," Calipari said. "As far as our team, I'm telling you we respect them. Our players do not have animosity or hatred."

Doron Lamb leads the Wildcats, averaging 15.8 points per game as they get set to take on Louisville. They'll be hoping that their 43 game home winning streak won't be snapped, like Louisville's was earlier in the week. The Wildcats haven't lost in Rupp Arena since 2009, when Calipari took over as head coach.

Game date, time: 12:00 p.m. ET, Saturday, Dec. 31

Location: Rupp Arena, Lexington, KY

TV channel: CBS

Odds: Kentucky favored by 10.5
