Ohio State Vs. Purdue Final Score: E'Twaun Moore Explodes, Boilermakers Knock Buckeyes Out Of Likely No. 1 Spot

E’Twaun Moore poured in a career-high 38 points as the Purdue Boilermakers made the Ohio St. Buckeyes the fourth top-five team to lose in the past week, winning 76-63. The Kansas Jayhawks, Pittsburgh Panthers, and Texas Longhorns have all lost since the last AP top 25 poll came out, meaning the Bucks would’ve been sure to retake the top spot with a win today.

Moore had other ideas, scoring more than half of his team’s points, proving big shots to close the first half and down the stretch, and missing only five attempts all day long. He also led his team in assists and chipped in two steals and four rebounds.

The last time the AP’s top four all lost in the same week was in December, 2003.

Th 25-2 Buckeyes get Illinois next, while 22-5 Purdue faces Indiana.
