Pac-10 Tournament Bracket Update: Oregon Upsets UCLA In A Blowout

We have our first upset in the 2011 Pac-10 Tournament, as Oregon rolled over UCLA 76-59. The No. 7 seeded Ducks took a 14-point halftime lead and led by as many as 22 points on two separate occasions in rolling to the win.

E.J. Singler was incredibly efficient in leading Oregon to the win, scoring 24 points on just nine shots. He hit both of his three-pointers and all eight of his free-throws, which explains the hyper-efficiency. Tyler Honeycutt led UCLA with 19 points, but nobody else on the Bruins scored in double figures.

The Ducks move to 16-16 on the season and will advance to the semifinals, where they will face the winner of the final quarterfinal between No. 3 seed Washington and No. 6 seed Washington State. UCLA falls to 22-10, but will still likely make the NCAA Tournament. They were an 8 seed in our latest bracket projection.
