NIT Tournament 2011 TV Schedule, Locations, Game Times, And Announcers

2011 NIT Tournament television dates and times, game locations, broadcast channels, and commentator teams have been announced. For the first three rounds, schools will play home games, with the higher-seeded team earning home-court advantage. The final two rounds will be played at Madison Square Garden in New York City. 

Every game will be broadcast on one ESPN or another this year, meaning the enterprising college basketball fan could watch at least one live minute of every game of the 2011 NCAA Tournament, NIT, and Women's NCAA Tournament. Though we do not advise of course we advise it.

Tournament schedule:

  • March 15-16: First Round, various ESPNs, home locations
  • March 18-21: Second Round, various ESPNs, home locations
  • March 22 (ESPN), 23 (ESPN2): Quarterfinals, 7 pm and 9 pm, home locations
  • March 29: Semifinals, 7 pm and 9:30 pm, ESPN2, Madison Square Garden
  • March 31: Championship Game, 7 pm, ESPN2, Madison Square Garden
