Isaiah Thomas Declares For 2011 NBA Draft, But Hasn't Signed An Agent

Washington Huskies star Isaiah Thomas has declared for the 2011 NBA Draft. Former Detroit Pistons star Isiah Thomas is popping off about Michael Jordan and Larry Bird. This is one of several differences between Isaiah Thomas and Isiah Thomas.

Washington's Thomas hasn't signed an agent, which would seem to leave the door open for a return to college basketball if he discovers his NBA standing is unsatisfactory, but when asked if he's definitely done at UW, he said, "Yes."

In three seasons, the five-foot-nine Tacoma native has produced steady numbers, with his 16.8-point, 6.1-assist junior season and clutch tournament play boosting his national stock. Who could forget his "cold-blooded" buzzer beater to give Washington the last-ever Pac-10 basketball title? He's an exciting athlete, and will earn a look from many teams looking for point guard help.
