The NCAA didn't always have a Division I, Division II and Division III, so it's not crazy to suggest a new level be added to the top of the stack, as Kentucky coach John Calipari did while trying to solve the problem of how to pay players. A 64-team basketball division that let every team into its postseason tournament would be a disaster, but Calipari's is among the biggest voices to call for this kind of overhaul.
(It's probably going to happen someday.)
