Baylor Vs. Kansas Final Score: Jayhawks Knock Bears From Unbeaten Ranks, 92-74

Stay connected with SB Nation

Baylor entered Phog Allen Fieldhouse with an undefeated record and the nation's No. 3 ranking. After the way the Kansas Jayhawks whipped the Bears by a 92-74 score, Baylor has lost the former and is likely to lose the latter.

Thomas Robinson had 27 points and 14 rebounds in Kansas' win, and Tyshawn Taylor added a career-high 28 points of his own, but all five Kansas starters finished in double figures. The Jayhawks used a 13-0 run to close the first half and open up a double-figure lead, and led by no fewer than six points throughout the second half.

For Baylor, the first loss came in frustrating fashion. Kansas limited Perry Jones to 18 points on 17 shots, and out-rebounded Baylor 36-21, with 14 of those rebounds coming on the offensive end. Quincy Miller added 17 points for the Bears, who will see the Jayhawks again in Waco in February.

With Baylor's loss, just two unbeaten teams remain in Division I: Syracuse, also a winner on Monday night, and Murray State.
