The No. 10 Georgetown Hoyas visited the DePaul Blue Demons on Tuesday night in a Big East matchup at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. The Hoyas came away with an 83-75 road win and improved to 5-2 in conference play, with an overall record of 15-3.

The first half was perhaps closer than many would have anticipated, with the Hoyas holding a 37-31 lead going into the break. As the second half got underway, it appeared as though the Blue Demons were on the verge of really getting rolling before the Hoyas clamped down and reeled off a spirit-sapping 9-0 run.

Jason Clark came into the game as Georgetown's leading scorer and contributed a career-high 31 points to the winning effort. He was 11-for-14 from the floor, including making five of his seven three-pointer attempts.

Georgetown's next game will be on Saturday, January 21, as they return home to take on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
