No. 23 Florida State vs. Wake Forest: Seminoles Pick Up Easy 75-52 Victory Over Demon Deacons

The Florida State Seminoles picked up its fifth straight ACC win on Wednesday night by downing the Wake Forest Demon Deacons, 75-52.

The No. 23 Florida St. Seminoles improved to 5-1 in ACC play following Wednesday night's 75-52 victory over the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. The Seminoles are now on a five-game winning streak.

Michael Snaer led the Seminoles with 18 points on 6-of-9 shooting, including sinking all four of his three-point shots. Okaro White added 11 points from off the bench while Xavier Gibson put in 10 points to be the third Seminole with double-digit points. Overall, the team hit 50.9 percent of its shots from the field and 50 percent from beyond the arc.

The Demons Deacons, though, weren't as fortunate from the fielding, sinking just 35 percent of its shots. C.J. Harris led the team with 16 points while Nikita Mescheriakov and Tony Chennault added 13 and 11 points, respectively. Ty Walker pulled down four rebounds and blocked four shots before he left in the first half with a concussion.

The Seminoles have the weekend off and will host the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets on Feb. 1.
