Alabama coach Anthony Grant has suspended junior forward Tony Mitchell indefinitely for conduct detrimental to the team, according to a university spokesperson.
Mitchell, who is averaging 13.1 points and 7.0 rebounds, did not start Alabama's home game against Ole Miss on Saturday. It was the first game this season that Mitchell has not started.
Of course the big loser in all of this are the fans of college basketball, who have enjoyed watching Mitchell dunk on the entire country for the past four months. A quick sampling after the jump.
