John Henson remains a game-time decision for North Carolina's ACC Tournament semifinal matchup against N.C. State, head coach Roy Williams told ESPN's Erin Andrews. Henson sprained his left wrist in the first half of Friday's quarterfinal win over Maryland, and the injury has affected his ability to grip the ball.

Henson has averaged 13.8 points, 10.8 rebounds and 2.9 blocks in 29 minutes per game for the Tar Heels this season. In two games against N.C. State this season, Henson averaged 11.5 points, 11.5 rebounds and 3.5 blocks. The Tar Heels and Wolfpack tip-off at 1 p.m. ET.
