Big Ten Championship 2012, Michigan State Vs. Ohio State: Spartans Lead At Half

The 2012 Big Ten Championship game is a good one so far, with Michigan State leading Ohio State 34-32 at the end of the first half.

Unlike some conference championship finals, this Michigan State vs. Ohio St. matchup has large implications for the NCAA tournament seeding. The winner will likely snag a No. 1 seed, while the loser will fall down to a No. 2.

Draymond Green leads the Spartans with seven points, four rebounds and two assists. Derrick Nix gave Michigan State a nice lift off the bench with a little of everything: six points, two assists, one block and one rebound.
