Las Vegas is playing host to the 2012 West Coast Conference tournament. On Monday, a conference champion will be crowned. The first two rounds of play are already in the books and the quarterfinal matchups take place on Friday night, with two teams advancing to the semis on Saturday and two teams packing their bags to head home.

The sixth-seeded San Diego Toreros easily dispatched the Pepperdine Waves on Thursday night, earning the right to face the BYU Cougars on Friday. The Cougars enter the tournament as the No. 3 seed.
