The Bluejays hold the 35-34 lead in part thanks to Antoine Young, who leads all scorers with 12 points. Doug McDermott has put up nine points and three rebounds for Creighton. On the Drake side, Ben Simons is leading Bulldogs scorers with nine points.

Creighton entered the conference tournament as the No. 2 seed, receiving the first-round bye and automatic quarterfinals berth. Drake entered as the No. 7 seed and defeated the Bradley Braves on Thursday night to advance past round one.

The winner of this game will advance to the semifinals on Saturday to face the winner of the game between the Evansville Aces and the Missouri St. Bears.
