UNC Vs. Duke Part 2: Picks, Predictions, Odds And More

Regardless of whether you believe the twice-per-season Duke-UNC rivalry is indeed the best rivalry in the country, it's impossible to deny the stakes in Saturday night's game. The No. 6 Tar Heels visit Durham and Cameron Indoor Stadium to face the No. 4 Blue Devils, the winner is the ACC regular season champion and the No. 1 seed in the ACC tournament. Duke won the first matchup in an instant classic on a buzzer-beater from freshman Austin Rivers. Who will win Round Two?

Sports Illustrated's Seth Davis thinks the Blue Devils will sweep the season series and defend home court. Here's part of what he had to say in defending his pick:

The Blue Devils have been perfect on the road in league play this season, and yet they've lost twice at home. I don't see them losing a third time. The difference in the first game was three-point shooting (Duke made 14 threes in the win to Carolina's one). You'd think Duke would be even more comfortable shooting in its own gym.

The good people at Odds Shark aren't about to make a prediction; they have the game at even money. The over/under is at 154 right before tip, meaning if you're putting your money where Davis' mouth is, you should be taking Duke, and the over.
