UNC Vs. Duke Score Update: Tar Heels Holding Onto Advantage

While the Duke Blue Devils are playing much better in the second half, they aren't doing quite enough to make this a contest. They have out-scored the North Carolina Tar Heels so far in the half, but not by much. UNC's lead is looking insurmountable, as they lead 65-43 with just under 12 minutes remaining in the second half.

Miles Plumlee is having an excellent senior day for Duke with 12 points and seven rebounds, but he has picked up his fourth foul, which will seriously hinder the Blue Devils inside. Austin Rivers has three fouls, all of which have been charges. The referees have been extremely lenient on the defense and have been very charge-happy in this game, but it hasn't been unfair for either side. Harrison Barnes has also been called for two charges.

Duke is still just 4-17 from behind the arc, and they're being out-rebounded 30-12. Even though they're keeping it from getting incredibly out of hand in the second half, this is still a pretty comprehensive beating by UNC.
