The Oregon State Beavers took out Washington State, 68-61, on Wednesday, despite an off-game from leading scorer Jared Cunningham (four points, 1-for-8 shooting). For their efforts, they earned the right to tip off against the top-seeded Washington Huskies in the second round of the 2012 Pac-12 Tournament.
The Huskies are going for their third consecutive tournament championship. They are the odds-on favorites this season, after going 14-4 through their conference slate. That run included two wins over the Beavers. The Huskies escaped Corvallis with a 75-72 in the last meeting between the two teams. Cunningham had 23 points in the loss. Terrence Ross led the Huskies with 21 points and 13 rebounds in a back-and-forth affair.
Thursday's game will tip off at noon PT, 3:00 p.m. ET. You can watch the game streamed live via the Pac-12 YouTube page.
