The final wave of conference tournaments get under way on Thursday, including a Big Ten tournament that features a jam at the top of the standings. Michigan, Michigan State and Ohio State all finished tied for the regular season title, with the Spartans earning the tiebreaker for seeding purposes. Those three teams and Wisconsin will get to wait their turn, entering the bracket on Friday in the quarterfinals.
On the first day of the Big Ten tournament, eight teams will battle for the right to advance and face the top four seeds. Iowa and Illinois kick off the action at 11:30 a.m., followed by Indiana vs. Penn State, Northwestern vs. Minnesota and Purdue vs. Nebraska staggered throughout the day and evening.
