Minnesota gave Michigan a run for their money, but the Wolverines won 73-69 in overtime.
The Gophers were full of surprises once again on Friday, as they again matched their top-seeded opponent blow for blow and forced the game into overtime with a 56-56 tie score at the end of regulation.
