Chestnut Hill, MA (Sports Network) - Jeremy Lin scored a game-high 25 points to help lift the Harvard Crimson to a 74-67 win over the Boston College Eagles in a non-league tilt at the Conte Forum.

Lin was complemented by Keith Wright, who finished with 21 points on 9-of-14 shooting for Harvard (7-2).

BC (6-3) saw its three-game win streak come to an end, despite 21 points from forward Joe Trapani. Reggie Jackson chipped in with 13 points, while Biko Paris and Corey Raji (11 rebounds) each scored 11 in the loss.

The Eagles jumped out to a 24-15 lead on a jumper by Evan Ravenel at the 5:26 mark of the opening half, but Harvard hung around and went to the locker room trailing, 33-29.

BC went frigid in the second half, shooting just 8-of-27 (29.6 percent) from the floor. Meanwhile, the Crimson shot at a 57.1-percent clip in addition to hitting 20-of-25 free throws in the frame.

Harvard has now won two straight against BC in Chestnut Hill after picking up an 82-70 win last season.
