UVa Slides Past Georgia Tech, Final Score 62-56

Virginia freshman Joe Harris continues to impress, as he led the team with three from long range in last night's 62-56 win over Georgia Tech. The Cavaliers are back above .500 at 14-13, and are eighth in the conference at 5-8. Struggling Georgia Tech fell to 11-16, 3-10 ACC.

UVa Trounces Georgia Tech with the Three Ball, Final Score 72-64

Virginia dropped 10 treys to lead by as much as 18 in the second half en route to beating Georgia Tech 72-64 and improving to 11-9 on the season and 2-3 in the ACC. Senior Mustapha Farrakhan led the Cavaliers with 23 points (2-4 from the three), followed by freshmen KT Harrell with 17 (3-4 from three) and Joe Harris with 11 (3-5).

Boston College Edges UVa, Final Score 70-67

Four Cavaliers scored in double figures tonight in a back-and-forth second half that left Virginia on the wrong side, as Boston College edged past the Cavaliers 70-67. Junior Assane Sene had quite the night, posting career highs with 11 points and 5 blocks. He was also one short of a double-double, with nine rebounds.

Duke Rallies Past UVa, Final Score 76-60

In its first road game in over six weeks, the Cavaliers led by as much as 10 points late in the first half against the top-ranked Duke Blue Devils, but, just as against Carolina, it was a tale of two halves. Virginia found itself up by six at the half, 31-25, but was outscored by 22 in the second half to fall 76-60.
