More big and important games are being played today featuring the likes of Tyler Murray and Wagner, the duo of Harouna Mutombo and Keaton Cole of Western Carolina, Natalie Achonwa and Notre Dame and more all right here ...

*** With some late games going on last night, I may have missed a few late additions to the schedule. ***

Here is where the men are playing today ...

12:00pm Kentucky @ Florida

12:00pm Robert Morris @ Wagner - Wagner is staring at an invite to the NCAA Tournament just on the horizon but they will need to beat Robert Morris first. In the Seahawks' 87-77 win over Central Connecticut State Thursday in the NEC quarter finals, Tyler Murray had 15 points, 3 assists, 2 boards and a block in 34 minutes. Robert Morris was sitting right behind Wagner in the conference standings and they lost their only meeting to the Seahawks this season so they will have revenge on their minds. With the NEC likely only getting one NCAA bid this season, this will be an important game for Wagner.

1:00pm Illinois @ Wisconsin

2:00pm Fairfield vs. Iona

2:00pm Old Dominion vs. Drexel

2:05pm Illinois State vs. Creighton

3:30pm Arizona @ Arizona State - Arizona State's Jordan Bachynski had come on in the second half of the season getting more minutes and gaining much needed confidence. In the Sun Devils' 56-52 win over USC last Saturday, he had a near double-double going for 19 points and 9 rebounds along with 2 blocks in 29 minutes. Expect that Bachynski gets to test his new found confidence against a tough Arizona team today.

5:30pm California @ Stanford

6:00pm NC State @ Virginia Tech

6:00pm Quinnipiac @ LIU Brooklyn

6:00pm Western Carolina vs. UNC Greensboro - Western Carolina put a whopping on Wofford yesterday to get to this game against UNC Greensboro. Harouna Mutombo and Keaton Cole both played well and were keys to the win. The Catamounts only played UNC Greensboro once this season and that was an 89-86 overtime dogfight that they lost. You can bet that the memory is fresh in their minds and Cole and Mutombo will be looking to get one step closer to an NCAA Tournament.

8:30pm Elon vs. Davidson

9:30pm Western Kentucky vs. Arkansas-Little Rock

And here is where the women's are playing today ...

1:00pm Texas A&M @ Texas

1:00pm Binghamton vs. Albany

1:00pm IUPUI vs. North Dakota State

1:15pm FIU vs. Denver

2:00pm DePaul vs. Notre Dame - This will be a tight game I'm sure. Both teams are ranked in the Top 25 and both have players that can light it up. If it has to come to the bench, than I would expect Natalie Achonwa to be a factor in this game.

The last Illini game of the season at Assembly Hall has come and gone.* Heading into the night the Illini had something to play for, a reasonable if unlikely chance to make the 2012 NCAA tournament as an at large team. 8-10 was a longshot but still a shot.

Unfortunately the Illini just could not stop Michigan, or would not, so some combination of the two. And Tim Hardaway and Trey Burke combined for 46 points. Team defense came in fits and starts. Transition baskets were given up. However you count it, stops were not gotten.

The game was lost in spite of a very impressive performance from the team's best player, Meyers Leonard, who totaled 18 points and 9 rebounds. It was senior night, and while only Sam Maniscalco and Jean Selus were honored as seniors, Meyers might as well have too. There is no question he is jumping to the NBA this off season, and that was hammered home by a different pregame event. Meyers' older brother Bailey arrived by surprise, home from his most recent deployment in Afghanistan. laying in the NBA, even as a late lottery or slightly lower pick, is a life changing amount of money. Yes, Meyers could play another year, under a new coach, get publicity for National Player of the Year, and end up being a top five pick. Or he could blow out his ACL, go undrafted, and have missed his opportunity. This kid is 19 years old and has the weight of his family on his shoulders. If him going to the NBA means he can take care of his mother, and allows his brother not to have to reenlist, then by God he should go. I am not that selfish.

This was also very likely the last home game in the regular season with Bruce Weber as the Illini coach. With only the Big Ten tournament left as an option to make the NCAA tournament, its getting really unlikely that they will make the miracle run to save Weber's job.

I think I can save the career retrospective for another day, but suffice to say, it isn't going to be a relatively quiet Assembly Hall, losing at home to Michigan for the first time since 1995. It wont be this.

I know that I have had some really great times because of Bruce, and that there will be great times ahead with another coach.

So here we are. One trip to Madison, then to Indianapolis and then the great unknown.

There is a lot of talent on the team, and with the right person, it might bounce right back next year. Or with the wrong person, there is a mass exodus, the recruiting inroads and we tank for a couple seasons. Who knows.

The living wake for the Illini season continues this weekend though, when Illinois goes after a fourth win in Madison in ten years.

(NIT games notwithstanding)

With some teams in their final regular season games and other starting off conference tournaments, today is a big day and we have some great games for you that include Wagner and Ty Murray, Devoe and Olu at Oregon, the Canadian quartet at New Mexico State and a whole slew of great women's games plus more right here ...

Here is where the men are playing today ...

7:00pm Michigan @ Illinois

7:00pm Sacred Heart @ LIU Brooklyn

7:00pm Central Connecticut State @ Wagner - Coming off a season that saw his numbers drop but the team win 24 games, Tyler Murray was awarded a spot on the Northeast Conference 2nd Team. He played great team ball and now, as a senior, this is his last chance to make to the NCAA Tournament. The Seahawks split the season series with Central Connecticut State and this is their rubber match. Murray hasn't hit for more than 7 points in his last three games and with his Tournament hopes in the balance you can expect that he's pulling out all stops to help his team get this W.

7:30pm Coppin State @ Bethune-Cookman

7:30pm Savannah State @ Maryland-Eastern Shore

8:15pm Binghamton vs. UMBC

9:00pm Georgia @ Kentucky

9:35pm Bradley vs. Drake

10:30pm Colorado @ Oregon - Last time out for Oregon, they got a big 74-73 win over in-state rivals Oregon State Sunday. In that game, Olu Ashaolu had 16 points and 8 rebounds while Devoe Joseph had 16 points, 2 boards and 2 steals. With this being a game against a team that the Ducks are tied in the conference standings with, this is a must win for a favorable seeding in the PAC-12 Tournament next week.

11:00pm New Mexico State @ Nevada - New Mexico State is on a five game winning streak and a win today could lock up second place on the Western Athletic Conference. The only problem is that Nevada is leading the conference and will not roll over for the Aggies. What NMSU has on their side is that the three Canadian starters are playing incredibly well of late. Daniel Mullings, Tyrone Watson and senior Hernst Laroche have all been big contributors in each game of that run and they have all taken turns being the X-factor. But with a team like Nevada, it may be up to all three to really make big efforts to help push them to that win.

11:59am Idaho @ Hawaii

And here is where the ladies are playing tonight ...

11:30am Illinois vs. Michigan

1:55pm Northwestern vs. Nebraska - This will be a great women's game to check out. It's the start of the Big Ten Tournament and it pits a savvy senior point guard, Nebraska's Kaitlyn Burke, against a talented fresh(wo)man at the lead spot, Northwestern's Karly Roser. Burke is a two year starter as a fifth year senior for the Cornhuskers. Roser has started about every game for the Wildcats this season. Burke is among the Huskers career leaders in threes made (9th with 107) and assists (17th with 272). Roser is among the Big Ten leaders in assists per game this season with 4.8 and steals with 51. It will be a great match up and the teams are good too.

2:00pm St. Peter's vs. Canisius - Canisius' Jamie Ruttle not only came off a 16 point, 10 rebound, 3 steal effort on Sunday against Siena she also earned a spot on the All MAAC 3rd Team also. This is the Griffin's first game of the conference tournament and since they had split the two games with St. Peter's this season this should be hotly contested with a chance to advance ahead on the line. I would expect Ruttle to come out huge here with one of the other Canadians also playing big.

3:00pm Texas Southern @ Alcorn State

5:00pm Portland vs. Santa Clara

6:00pm Wisconsin vs. Minnesota

7:00pm Detroit @ Butler

7:00pm Bucknell @ Lehigh

8:00pm Houston @ Tulane

8:00pm Green Bay @ Loyola (IL)

8:30pm Oregon @ Colorado

9:00pm Oregon State @ Utah - Utah is coming off two games against the best in the PAC-12 which they lost and now they have a shot to go into the post season conference tournament on a high note with a potential two game winning streak. Taryn Wicijowski and Michelle Plouffe have been great all season. Wicijowski had been having a great run in her last four games averaging 18 points and 7.5 rebounds. Plouffe has also been playing well averaging 9.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.8 blocks. Oregon State will be a tough out and the Canadian pair will need to play great for the Utes to get this needed W.

9:00pm Hawaii @ Utah State

10:00pm UCLA @ Washington State

10:00pm UC Santa Barbara @ Pacific

On a subdued Sunday, we have some must see games for you right here that feature Justin Edwards and Mike Allison at noon and Devoe and Olu in the evening plus a lot more all right here ...

Here is where the men are playing today ...

12:00pm Maine @ Stony Brook - Maine's Justin Edwards has seemingly become human after his superhuman start to the year. In his last five games he's averaging 9.6 points, 2.6 rebounds and 3 assists and is only shooting 15-of-46 and the team has lost four of them. In the last meeting with Stony Brook, a 58-52 loss, Edwards had a near triple-double going for 14, 9 and 7 so this should be a good match for him to get amped for just before the regular season ends. Also of note, Mike Allison is averaging a near double-double in the last five going for 9.8 points and 9.2 rebounds plus 1.2 blocks.

1:00pm Indiana @ Minnesota

1:00pm Binghamton @ New Hampshire

2:00pm Niagara @ Marist

3:30pm Fairfield @ Rider

5:00pm St. Peter's @ Iona

5:30pm California @ Colorado

6:00pm Iowa @ Illinois

7:30pm Oregon @ Oregon State - Devoe Joseph came off a career high 33 points in Oregon's tight 86-83 loss to conference leading Cal last Thursday and followed it up with a 12 point, 4-for-13 game in the Stanford win on the Saturday. Not his best follow up performance so you can bet he has something for in-state rivals Oregon State tonight. The last time they met Joseph dropped 26 on the Beavers. Olu Ashaolu is coming off his second double-double of the season in that Stanford win so you can bet he's looking to continue that pace.

And here is where the ladies are playing today ...

1:00pm Fairfield @ Rider

2:00pm Northeastern @ Delaware

2:00pm Minnesota @ Penn State

2:00pm Manhattan @ Niagara

2:00pm Siena @ Canisius - In Canisius' 50-40 loss to Manhattan Friday, it was Jamie Ruttle who showed up for the Griffins going for 16 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists in the loss. Which of the Canadians will it be today in the team's last regular season contest?

2:00pm Massachusetts @ Xavier

3:00pm Michigan State @ Northwestern

3:00pm Washington State @ Washington

3:00pm Michigan @ Iowa

4:00pm Marist @ Loyola (MD)

4:00pm Ohio State @ Nebraska

5:00pm UC Riverside @ Seattle

5:30pm North Texas @ Denver - Denver's Kaetlyn Murdoch should be good for about 15 and 7 tonight, if she's off. If she's not then I'd expect 20 and 10.

Tonight we have a pair of games that could be very interesting to watch: Alex Johnson and NC State taking on UNC and Jahenns Manigat and Creighton taking on Evansville. Both should be good plus we have more games on including Katherine Plouffe looking to lead Marquette to a road win all right here ...

Here is where the men are playing today ...

7:00pm Illinois @ Ohio State

7:00pm Vermont @ Binghamton

8:00pm North Carolina @ NC State - Alex Johnson has truly become a point guard for NC State. He's likely not going to play a whole lot tonight in what should be a Tar Heels win but if he does, it will be a treat to see him go head-to-head with Kendall Marshall.

8:00pm Cleveland State @ Green Bay

8:00pm Evansville @ Creighton - Jahenns Manigat hasn't needed to be anything but a great team player all season for Creighton but he did go off for 17 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists in 36 minutes last Tuesday against Southern Illinois. Now he did follow that up with a zero points, 1 rebound and 1 assist game three days later. Maybe he'll have another outburst tonight.

9:00pm Kentucky @ Mississippi State

And here's where the ladies are playing tonight ...

7:00pm Kent State @ Buffalo

7:00pm Marquette @ Cincinnati - In the Marquette loss to Syracuse over the weekend, Katherine Plouffe was held to 10 points on 4-of-10 shooting. She did grab 5 rebounds and get 3 blocks in the defeat so you can expect that she's going to come out firing tonight. The last time she faced Cincinnati this season she had a double-double in a loss. This is a winnable game for Marquette and if Plouffe has anything to say about it, the Golden Eagles are going to win this one.

7:30pm Texas @ Baylor

8:00pm Kansas @ Texas Tech

In one of the last Super Saturday's of the NC-Double-Eh season, the action today doesn't disappoint. We have a damn good game for every part of your day that include brunch (Maine and Justin Edwards/Mike Allison combo or Iowa State and Melvin Ejim), afternoon snack (Texas and our man Myck or St. Bonaventure and Andrew Nicholson) and dinner (Gonzaga and Pangos and Sacre) plus lots of assorted games for you from both the men's and women's all right here ...

Here is where the men are playing today ...

11:00pm Drexel @ Cleveland State

12:00pm Marquette @ Connecticut

12:00pm Tennessee Tech @ Coastal Carolina

12:00pm Wichita State @ Davidson

1:00pm Stony Brook @ Northeastern

1:00pm Buffalo @ South Dakota State

1:00pm Florida State @ NC State

1:30pm Oklahoma @ Iowa State - Melvin Ejim had one of his best games on the season in Iowa State's loss to Baylor this past Monday. He went for 17 points on 7-of-11 shooting while grabbing 7 rebounds, dishing 4 assists and getting a steal and a block in 29 minutes. He's been inconsistent of late due to foul trouble so today, if he can stay on the floor, Ejim should be capable of pulling another one of those games off.

1:30pm Kansas State @ Baylor

2:00pm Niagara @ Vermont

2:00pm Marist @ Maine - In his last three games, Maine's Justin Edwards has been held to in single digits twice and is shooting 9-of-32 from the floor in that span. He may be in a funk and he really hasn't had one all year. How he comes out in this game could be important with the conference tournament just a couple of weeks away. Teammate Mike Allison continues to play solid in the post and could have a big one here today too.

2:00pm James Madison @ Detroit

2:00pm North Dakota @ Longwood

2:00pm Eastern Michigan @ Green Bay

3:00pm Drake @ New Mexico State - Last game against Northern New Mexico, Renaldo Dixon had a pretty good game off the bench for New Mexico State. After not playing the previous six contests, he came out with 6 points, 9 rebounds, 3 blocks, an assist and a steal in 18 minutes. Pretty good I'd say. Not only that but the other Canadians also each scored in double digits and combined for 39 points, 16 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals. All this means is that someone will step up today and it's a matter of who will have the big game.

3:00pm Marshall @ Southern Methodist

3:00pm Western Carolina @ Elon - In the Thursday win over Citadel, Western Carolina's Harouna Mutombo and Keaton Cole were the only two Catamounts to score in double figures going for 24 and 15 respectively. Can they pull another Batman and Robin scoring combo today too?

4:00pm Ole Miss @ Kentucky

4:00pm Saint Joseph's @ George Washington

4:00pm Bucknell @ Holy Cross

4:00pm Fordham @ Saint Louis

4:00pm Texas @ Oklahoma State - Myck Kabongo was solid for Texas on their 69-58 win over Oklahoma Tuesday going for 13 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists in 36 minutes. Today, the question will be can he keep up with Oklahoma State's Kevin Page?

4:00pm Nevada @ Iona

4:00pm Howard @ Coppin State

4:00pm Lafayette @ Lehigh

4:00pm Binghamton @ Radford

4:00pm Rhode Island @ St. Bonaventure - Andrew Nicholson went toe to toe with Temple Wednesday and he had a great game in the 76-70 loss on the road. He went for 19 points, 5 rebounds, 4 blocks, 2 assists and a steal in 32 minutes. The most promising sign of that stat line is that he had 3 fouls in 32 minutes. Rhode Island, though bringing up the rear in the A-10 standings, will not make it easy for Nicholson to get the ball and will likely throw junk defense at him. If he can stay out of foul trouble here, he could have a monster game.

4:30pm Quinnipiac @ LIU Brooklyn

5:00pm Illinois @ Nebraska

6:00pm Cornell @ Princeton

6:00pm Charlotte @ Richmond

6:00pm Florida @ Arkansas

7:00pm Minnesota @ Northwestern

7:00pm Yale @ Harvard

7:00pm Rider @ Albany

7:00pm IPFW @ Eastern Kentucky

7:00pm Brigham Young @ Santa Clara

7:00pm Tennessee-Martin @ Southeastern Louisiana

7:00pm Fairleigh Dickinson @ Wagner - Last time out for Wagner, Tyler Murray went for 20 points - only his third of the season. Could this mean a similar scoring barrage today Fairleigh Dickinson who is tied for last in the conference?

8:00pm Texas Tech @ Kansas

8:00pm Loyola (IL) @ Bradley

8:00pm Gonzaga @ San Francisco - Kevin Pangos and Rob Sacre are playing today. Do we need to prompt you anymore than that? Really? Do we?

8:00pm Texas State @ South Dakota

8:00pm Arizona State @ Washington State

8:00pm Idaho State @ Pacific

8:00pm Rice @ Tulsa - Rice's Dylan Ennis has been a big contributor all season for the Owl's and you can expect to see more of that today against Tulsa. Before the grinder that they played against Southern Methodist (a 43-39 win, yuck) he was riding back-to-back double digit scoring games which included a career high 20 points. This game against the Golden Hurricane will be a contest that his team will need him for sure if they want to pull this win out on the road.

8:30pm Arkansas-Little Rock @ Troy

9:00pm Cal Poly @ Northern Colorado

10:00pm Oregon State @ California

10:00pm Long Beach State @ Creighton

10:00pm Eastern Washington @ UC Irvine

10:00pm Portland @ Pepperdine

10:05pm Portland State @ Idaho

And here is where the women are playing today ...

12:00pm Lehigh @ Lafayette

1:00pm Boise State @ TCU

1:30pm Milwaukee @ Cleveland State

2:00pm Marquette @ Syracuse - Forget that both Marquette's Katherine Plouffe and Syracuse's Kayla Alexander are the stars of their teams. Forget that they are both very, very talented players. Forget that this will likely be a grinder at the ‘Cuse's homecourt. You need to catch this game because you will see two former teammates of the National Team development program going at it and you can bet that they will be defending each other. All this could mean is an intense one-on-one match up.

2:00pm Bowling Green @ Akron

2:00pm Miami (OH) @ Buffalo - All you can expect here is another 20 point game for Buffalo's Brittany Hedderson, particularly since she only had 15 points in the Bull's loss to Bowling Green on Wednesday.

2:00pm Howard @ Coppin State

2:00pm La Salle @ Duquesne

2:00pm Cincinnati @ Seton Hall

2:05pm Green Bay @ Youngstown State

2:30pm Bryant @ St. Francis (PA)

3:00pm Fairleigh Dickson @ Mount St. Mary's

3:00pm San Diego @ Brigham Young

3:30pm Louisiana-Monroe @ Denver

4:00pm Navy @ Colgate

4:00pm North Dakota State @ South Dakota State

4:00p Monmouth @ Wagner

4:05pm Weber State @ Idaho State

5:00pm Santa Clara @ Portland

7:00pm Utah @ Colorado - Another great match up here will pit Utah's Taryn Wicijowski against Colorado's Julie Seabrook in the middle. Both players were former members of the National Program's development school and they are both likely defending each other. This should be interesting to say the least. The tipping factor will be if Utah's inside/outside threat Michelle Plouffe will be able to break the Buffalo's back and help get Utah over the hump today.

7:00pm Harvard @ Yale

7:00pm Dartmouth @ Brown

7:00pm UC Santa Barbara @ UC Irvine

7:00pm Texas @ Kansas State

7:00pm Hawaii @ Louisiana Tech

7:00pm Utah Valley @ Seattle U

8:00pm Texas Tech @ Baylor

Tonight we have some great games for you that include the Canadian Connection at Maine and a trio of Canuck Bonnies plus much more right here ...

Here is where the men are playing today ...

7:00pm Maine @ Hartford -With only four games left in their regular season, Maine is now in a must win situation. Three of their next four are against teams that can be beat and big games from both Justin Edwards and Mike Allison would definitely help the cause. In the last three games for the Black Bears, Edwards has been average, which is not a bad thing, but he'll need to step it back up to help his team get over the hump. In that same three game span, Allison has been playing well even registering a double-double also. Let's see what they can do to get another win tonight.

7:00pm South Dakota @ IUPUI

7:00pm Canisius @ Niagara

7:00pm UMBC @ Binghamton

7:00pm Samford @ Davidson

7:00pm Maryland-Eastern Shore @ Hampton

7:00pm Iona @ Rider

7:00pm Elon @ Wofford

7:00pm Detroit @ Wright State

8:00pm Drake @ Bradley

8:00pm Richmond @ Saint Louis

8:00pm Temple @ St. Bonaventure - In his last game, Andrew Nicholson dropped 21 points and 23 rebounds on Duquesne on his way to earning Atlantic 10 and our NC-Double-Eh Player of the Week honors. The key tonight will be for him to stay out of foul trouble in the first half to be a factor for St. Bonaventure. If he can do that, then the Bonnies will have a shot at beating Temple. Also to note is that junior college transfer Chris Johnson has been playing well off the bench in the last two weeks for the Bonnies. He could be the X factor in this contest.

8:00pm North Dakota State @ South Dakota State

8:00pm Arkansas @ Tennessee

8:00pm Eastern Kentucky @ Tennessee Tech

8:30pm Purdue @ Illinois

9:05pm Northern Colorado @ Eastern Washington

10:00pm UC Santa Barbara @ UC Irvine - In his last time out, UC Irvine's Adam Folker had a career high 20 points. The Anteaters haven't had much to celebrate this year but a win tonight could start them on a hot streak and it's not impossible for Irvine to steal a win against UC Santa Barbara.

And here is where the ladies are playing today ...

1:00pm Massachusetts @ Saint Louis

7:00pm Wagner @ Mount St. Mary's

7:00pm Buffalo @ Bowling Green - The only question in this game will be how Buffalo's Brittany Hedderson will get her points: in the paint, inside or outside the arc. She's good for at least 20 tonight I think.

7:00pm Albany @ Vermont

7:00pm Colgate @ Army

7:00pm Duquesne @ Fordham

7:00pm Miami (OH) @ Kent State

7:00pm Bucknell @ Lehigh

7:00pm Rhode Island @ Saint Joseph's

7:00pm Sacred Heart @ Bryant - Bryant's Naana Ankoma-Mensa has been solid all year round and could be due for a big game tonight. She's only scored in double digits once in the last four games but has still kept on the glass to average averaging 7.6 rebounds per night. Let's see if she can get back to double-doubling.

8:00pm Texas Tech @ Texas

9:00pm Louisiana-Lafayette @ Denver

To wind down week 14 of NC-Double-Eh action, we have a few games that feature Detroit's Jason Calliste and Stanford's Dwight Powell while on the women's side we have the Canadian quintent at Canisius and Katherine Plouffe and Marquette plus more right here ...

Here is where the men are playing today ...

1:00pm Illinois @ Michigan

1:00pm Green Bay @ Detroit - In his last five games, Detroit's Jason Calliste has hit for double figures four out five times and has been steady in the starting lineup. He's had his role lessen somewhat this season with the emergence of backcourt mates Ray McCallum and Chase Simon but he's always capable to putting up some numbers if the latter two are having off games.

2:00pm Binghamton @ Hartford

3:00pm Bradley @ Missouri State

4:30pm St. Francis (NY) @ LIU Brooklyn

7:00pm Marist @ Iona

7:30pm Stanford @ USC - In another down season in the now PAC-12, Stanford has lost four of their last five games and could be seeing their season slip away. The good news is that Dwight Powell was inserted into the starting lineup in that span and has been playing solidly. After working his way back into the regular rotation from an early season injury, he's been averaging a respectable 7 points, 5 rebounds in 18.8 minutes per game through his last five. I don't expect this to be a great game but it would be a good one to check out if you want to see how Powell's progressed this year.

8:00pm Evansville @ Drake

And here is where the women are playing today ...

12:00pm Fairfield @ Loyola (MD)

1:00pm Penn State @ Northwestern

2:00pm Delaware @ Georgia State

2:00pm Siena @ Marist

2:00pm Canisius @ St. Peter's - The Canisius Canadian Connection is in action so do you really want to miss this? It should be interesting to see who plays big today.

2:30pm Iowa State @ Texas Tech

2:30pm Marquette @ DePaul - Marquette's Plouffe twin Katherine had a monster game against Pittsburgh last Saturday going for 19 points, 15 rebounds, 6 assists and a block in 36 minutes. Pushing a near triple-double in her last time on the floor and having a week long rest from action should mean that we get her A game today but DePaul will be looking to start another Golden Eagles losing streak. This should be a great contest to watch.

3:00pm Houston @ Memphis

3:30pm Northeastern @ Towson

3:30pm West Virginia @ Notre Dame

4:30pm Niagara @ Iona

Tonight there is a whole slew of great games to catch that include wunderkind Justin Edwards and Mike Allison at Maine, Nik Cochran and Davidson, the pair of Mutombo and Cole at Western Carolina, Devoe and Olu and Oregon as well as the wonder twins at Utah Wicijowski and Plouffe plus a bunch more in this edition of Canadian Content ...

Here is where the men are playing today ...

7:00pm Wisconsin @ Minnesota

7:00pm Lehigh @ American

7:00pm NC State @ Georgia Tech

7:00pm Maine @ Boston University - Maine's Justin Edwards is coming off his 7th America East Rookie of the Week award and also another near double-double in his 15 point, 9 rebound, 5 assist, 3 blocks and a steal game in the 73-63 loss to Vermont on Monday. Mike Allison has also been playing well of late and the Black Bears are going to need a big game from him especially if they want to steal this win from Boston University and get one game closer to the top of standings.

7:00pm Elon @ Chattanooga

7:00pm Siena @ Niagara

7:00pm Valparaiso @ Cleveland State

7:00pm Rider @ Canisius

7:00pm Davidson @ Citadel - In Davidson's 76-54 blowout win over Wofford, Nik Cochran was scoreless on 0-of-4 shooting Monday. This marked the first time all season and not since January 5 of last season that he was without a point in a game. I would think that he'd be looking to get himself going early to get back into the swing of scoring.

8:00pm Illinois @ Indiana

8:00pm South Dakota State @ South Dakota

8:00pm Tennessee-Martin @ Southeast Missouri State

8:00pm Eastern Illinois @ Tennessee Tech

8:00pm Western Carolina @ Charleston - Keaton Cole had been playing some great ball of late scoring 17 or more points in three of his last four games for Western Carolina. I need to include that he's made 18 threes in that four game span as well and should continue that torrid shooting into tonight's game. Teammate Harouna Mutumbo hasn't been a slouch either. He's scored 14 or more points in three of his last four despite coming off the bench in the last two.

8:05pm Arkansas-Little Rock @ Louisiana-Lafayette

8:05pm North Dakota @ Chicago State

8:30pm Utah @ Arizona State

9:05pm Montana @ Northern Colorado

10:05pm Portland State @ Idaho State

10:05pm UC Irvine @ Cal State Fullerton

10:30pm California @ USC

11:00pm Saint Mary's @ Gonzaga - The last time these two teams met Saint Mary's handed Gonzaga a terrible beating at home and you can bet that the memory of that is still fresh. And though Kevin Pangos had a good game (12 points, 4 assists, and 0 turnovers) Rob Sacre would rather erase that from his mind all together. Sacre managed 4 points on 1-of-7 shooting and 3 rebounds in 18 minutes. With this rivalry heading back to Gonzaga, you can bet the stakes and the pressure will be high on both sides to get the W.

11:00pm Stanford @ UCLA

11:00pm New Mexico State @ Idaho

11:00pm Washington @ Oregon - Our reigning Player of the Week Devoe Joseph has probably circled this game on the calendar for a while now. The last time Oregon played Washington on the road, he was held to 4 points on 1-of-13 shooting in 34 minutes. There will be pride here for Joseph to show that the last game against the Huskies is nothing more than a memory and that he is among the best in the PAC-12.

11:00pm Loyola Marymount @ Portland

11:00pm Santa Clara @ San Francisco

And here is where the ladies are playing today ...

6:00pm Northwestern @ Michigan State

6:00pm Siena @ St. Peter's

7:00pm Northeastern @ George Mason

7:00pm Old Dominion @ Delaware

8:00pm Tulane @ Houston

8:00pm Detroit @ Green Bay

8:00pm Minnesota @ Iowa

8:00pm Cleveland State @ Loyola (IL)

8:05pm Michigan @ Nebraska - Nebraska's Kaitlyn Burke has been a starter all year and playing against Michigan tonight will be a great game to watch. She's been one of the starting guards all season and this will be a nice inter conference match up.

9:00pm Arizona @ Colorado

9:00pm Portland @ Saint Mary's

9:00pm Gonzaga @ BYU

9:00pm Arizona State @ Utah - Utah's pair of Taryn Wicijowski and Michelle Plouffe seem to have been taking turns to see who gets to star in the post. Last week it was Wicijowski so one would expect that Plouffe's turn is his week. Utah will have their hands full tonight for sure against the good Arizona State team and they could use both these great players having monster games together if they want to steal one.

9:05pm NJIT @ Utah Valley

10:00pm Oregon State @ Washington State

10:00pm San Francisco @ San Diego

10:00pm Seattle @ Portland State

10:00pm Cal State Fullerton @ UC Santa Barbara

We have another great game to check out tonight that features a surging Iowa State team that is coming off an upset of Kansas this weekend and has the same idea for Kansas State plus a lot of other games ...

Here is where the men are playing today ...

7:00pm Tennessee @ Kentucky

7:00pm Michigan State @ Illinois

8:00pm Seton Hall @ Marquette

8:00pm Oklahoma State @ Texas Tech

9:00pm Vanderbilt @ Arkansas

9:00pm Kansas State @ Iowa State - Iowa State is coming on now in the second half of the conference season and so is Melvin Ejim. Since being inserted back into the starting lineup he's been playing better and that includes a 15 point, 8 rebound, 2 steal and an assist game in the upset win over Kansas this past Saturday. He seems more comfortable in his role now and could continue this hot play tonight.

And here is where the ladies are playing tonight ...

12:00pm Rhode Island @ Richmond

7:00pm Notre Dame @ Rutgers - Two ranked Big East Teams and a Canadian playing for Notre Dame makes this a must watch game.

7:00pm Syracuse @ Providence - Syracuse's Kayla Alexander managed only 16 minutes of action in the Orange's 55-54 loss to Cincinnati Saturday but she was still very efficient going for 11 points, 5 rebounds (all offensive), an assist and 2 blocks. With two less than Kayla-esque games coming back-to-back, you can expect that she'll be looking to put some work in against a less than spectacular Providence team.

10:00pm UC Santa Barbara @ USC
