Northwestern's unmitigated recruiting success, a lack of available scholarships, and a slew of seniors leaving early make us wonder: is it smart to continue redshirting pretty much everybody that comes through the program?

Cats headed to Final Four after PSU beatdown

NU's basketball schedule is basically out

With the addition of DePaul, some tweaks to the Las Vegas Invitational, and the release of Big Ten basketball single-plays, almost all of Northwestern's basketball opponents are known, and we can make inferences about the quality of the rest.

NU lax moves to quarters over Stanford

Kelly Amonte Hiller's crew defeated Stanford 15-8 on Sunday behind hat tricks from Taylor Thornton, Ali Cassera and Alyssa Leonard. They'll play Penn State with a trip to the Final Four on the line next Saturday at Lakeside Field.

NU takes on Stanford in first NCAA matchup

The 'Cats got a first round bye and will face the 20th ranked Stanford Cardinal in the round of 16 at Lakeside Field.

NU to play NC State in Big Ten/ACC

Northwestern will reportedly head to North Carolina - sup, Chris Collins! - as they play the Wolfpack in Raleigh in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.
