Gregor, Navin, Yastrzemski Sign with MLB Teams.

Conrad Gregor and Spencer Navin will end their college careers after three years, opting to sign with the Astros and Dodgers this week. Mike Yastrzemski, Vandy's senior leader in the outfield, signed with the Orioles.

Top long snapper in Class of '14 picks Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt's special teams just got a bit stronger. The Commodores snagged the top long snapper in the country, 6'3", 260 pound Ike Powell for their Class of 2014.

Sheldon Jeter's Transfer Appeal Denied by Vandy.

Vanderbilt denied Sheldon Jeter's appeal of limitations that Kevin Stallings has put in place on his proposed transfer. As a result, it looks unlikely that he'll be eligible for a scholarship to play for Pittsburgh next season.

Kevin Ziomek Drafted 58th by the Detroit Tigers

Vanderbilt's Friday starter Kevin Ziomek, who has been a standout pitcher since arriving in Nashville back in 2010, was drafted in the second round of the MLB Draft. He'll join Aaron Westlake and Curt Casali in the Detroit Tigers' system.

Ten Commodores Named Preseason All-SEC

Vanderbilt has the talent to put together a record-setting season, and pundit Phil Steele recognizes that. He's got 10 Commodores on his All-SEC team, including first-team honors for Jordan Matthews, Carey Spear, and Andre Hal.

Vanderbilt Beats Ga. Tech, Wins Nashville Regional

Vanderbilt's bats woke up in time to extend their season. The Commodores beat Georgia Tech 7-1 to win the Nashville Regional. Now, they'll host Louisville in Super Regional action next week at Hawkins Field.
