Michigan State CB Chris L. Rucker Suspended Indefinitely Following OWI Arrest
Undefeated Michigan State's been treated to a rapidly-escalating series of bad-to-worse news items regarding starting cornerback Chris L. Rucker.
It started Sunday, when his suspension was announced for the ever-popular and mysterious Violation Of Team Rules.
Tuesday, word broke that he'd been charged with OWI in the wee morning hours after the Spartans' win over Michigan.
And Wednesday, we were reminded of his involvement in the campus brawl last year as we learned his probation officer is recommending a three-week jail sentence:
So, to review: The suspension is indefinite. Rucker's return date, if there is one, is unclear. And true freshman Darqueze Dennard replaces him in the secondary for the forseeable future.
