In the second quarter on Saturday, No. 5 Nebraska put its first points on the board against Texas. Taylor Martinez led the Huskers on a 54-yard drive that was highlighted by a long reception to Niles Paul.
Alex Henery was able to pound through a 45-yard field goal, making him 5-for-5 on field goals for the season. Early in the second quarter, the Longhorns lead the undefeated Huskers, 10-3.
