Call it Scare Saturday.
↵Both Auburn and TCU trailed by two touchdowns in the first quarter, and rallied back to win. Now, Oregon seems to be in a similar predicament. After falling behind 7-0, the Ducks have taken the lead back against Cal, by an 8-7 margin, after a Cliff Harris punt return. But that means the Oregon offense has been held scoreless in the first half for the season, and that's a win for the Bears, who would be pulling the season's biggest upset with a win over Oregon.
↵There's plenty of time left for the Ducks' high-speed attack to wear down Cal — if the Bears aren't continuing to suffer phantom cramps, that is — but this Saturday has already had two near stunners involving BCS National Championship Game contenders. This third one is looking like a bit more than a close shave at this point.
