Not much change at the top of this week's FCS college football rankings, other than the James Madison Dukes exiting the top 10 after losing to the formerly No. 19 Maine Black Bears, 25-24, in overtime. It's the second JMU loss of the season, but the first loss to a fellow FCS foe. William & Mary also slipped from No. 9 after getting blanked, 21-0, by Delaware.
The top six remains the same, led by the 5-0 Georgia Southern Eagles, who escaped the Chattanooga Mocs by one point.
The most noteworthy addition: the No. 23 North Dakota Fighting Sioux, who've never been ranked before. At 4-2, both of their losses came to FBS competition, with one of them a 27-22 near-miss against the Fresno St. Bulldogs.
Also joining are the Alabama St. Hornets and Jackson St. Tigers, neither of whom has appeared in six years or longer.
