Earlier in the game, Oregon Ducks quarterback Darron Thomas left the game with a knee injury. He went down while running with the football and an Arizona State player fell on his knee. Thomas made his way to the locker room to have his leg further checked out and you could see him making sure not to bend his left knee as he jogged to the locker room. According to Erin Andrews, the ESPN sideline reporter for the game, Thomas is out for the remainder of the game with a "tweaked left knee."
Back up quarterback Bryan Bennett will quarterback the Ducks for the remainder of the game and has already led them on a quick scoring drive to take back the lead over Arizona State, 28-24.
