Russell Wilson and the No. 4 Badgers travel to East Lansing to take on the William Gholston-less No. 15 Michigan State Spartans.
The Russell Wilson Express rolls into East Lansing Saturday night as the No. 4 Wisconsin Badgers try to keep their high-octane offense on track against the nation's top defense in No. 15 Michigan State.
Fresh off handing the Michigan Wolverines their first loss of the season, the Spartans try to slow down Wilson and the eighth-ranked Badgers offense. Wilson in the country's top-rated passer, and he was a wealth of options around him, not the least of which are wide receiver Nick Toon and running back Montee Ball, who's rushed for more than 100 yards a game and has scored 16 touchdowns. The Spartans will try to stop them without William Gholston, whom the Big 10 suspended for his shenanigans against the Wolverines.
On the other side of the ball, Wisconsin sports the country's seventh-ranked defense, and the Spartans, well, they don't have Russell Wilson. Though Kirk Cousins is a respectable quarterback, the Spartans, on paper, can't match up with the Badgers' firepower.
