Kansas State has 52 points on Kansas with more than 10 minutes left in the third quarter. That is a) a lot of points for a team that hadn’t scored more than 41 points to date in 2011, b) more points in just more than a half than Oklahoma scored (47, for reference) on Kansas in a full game, and c) just sort of what we expect from the Kansas defense, which has yet to hold an FBS team to fewer than 42 points in a game so far in 2011.
