LSU Vs. Auburn Final Score: Les Miles' Tigers Stay Undefeated, 45-10

Stay connected with SB Nation

LSU came into its last game before a November showdown with fellow SEC colossus Alabama looking to avenge a loss to Cam Newton's Auburn from 2010. The Bayou Bengals did that and then some, throttling the Tigers from 'Bama in a 45-10 win to ensure that they will meet the Crimson Tide with an unblemished record.

LSU got three passing touchdowns from Jarrett Lee and Jordan Jefferson, two rushing touchdowns from Kenny Hilliard, and scored 38 straight points in a game that turned into a laugher after a tight first quarter.

Auburn couldn't get out of its own way, especially in the second half, when a fumble on a kickoff return and a pick-six led to three LSU touchdowns is less than three minutes of game clock. The versatile Tigers running game managed just 87 yards on 34 carries against LSU's rugged defense.

Also, LSU's 45 points are the most that have been scored by either team in any game of their rivalry. So, yeah, this was good for some Tigers and very, very bad for others.
