Oklahoma Vs. Texas Tech Score: Red Raiders Up Early, 21-7

Stay connected with SB Nation

After a lengthy lightning delay, the Texas Tech Red Raiders and Oklahoma Sooners finally got underway in Norman. But it hasn't been pretty for the Sooners, who trailer midway through the second quarter, 21-7. Oklahoma's been working from behind throughout, and find themselves in a 14-point hole with the defense struggling and the offense giving away a costly turnover.

Ryan Broyles fumbled with his Sooners trailing by a touchdown midway through the second and eight plays later, Alex Torres corralled a screen and took it 30 yards for the score. Seth Doege has thrown for 213 yards and two touchdowns thus far, both of which went to Torres.

Landry Jones is a step behind Doege, throwing for 128 yards and a touchdown thus far. Kenny Still caught the touchdown pass, the only score of the game for the Sooners.
