Georgia needed a lot to break its way to beat Florida 24-20 in the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party. But the Bulldogs took advantage of their opportunities, and Florida's miscues gave them plenty.
Two fumbles? Yeah, Florida coughed them up, and Georgia turned them into two touchdowns. An offense that barely even attempted to run the ball and was triggered by a hobbled quarterback? Florida clung to it, and John Brantley got diminishing returns. And a defense that couldn't stop Georgia's running game when it needed a stop most? Yeah, that's Florida's, and it got run over for 185 rushing yards.
Georgia came back from a 17-3 deficit to get just its fourth win in the last 22 meetings between the two SEC East rivals, and it got it with Aaron Murray completing fewer than half of his passes and with special teams that were, generously, porous.
But it didn't matter: for once, the Bulldogs seemed like the team in this rivalry with the voodoo on its side.
