Clemson's made a habit of digging holes and pole-vaulting out of them in the 2011 college football season. Will the Tigers be able to do the same against Georgia Tech? They're down 24-3 at halftime. (For live scoring updates, head to our Clemson-Georgia Tech events page.)
The Yellow Jackets scored two of their three touchdowns in the second quarter, and outscored the Tigers 17-0 in the period in part by putting together three drives of more than 70 yards. Georgia Tech has 187 rushing yards at the half, and has rolled up almost twice Clemson's yardage so far.
The Tigers can't get much of anything going on offense, holding the ball for just over 12 minutes and gaining just 65 yards after putting together a 67-yard drive to open the game.
