Missouri Vs. Texas A&M Final Score: Tigers Earn SEC Entry, 38-31

Hey look, Texas A&M gave up a big lead. No, this wasn't a SEC play-in game, but wouldn't that be neat? Mizzou took care of business in overtime to beat its current and future conference foe.

Missouri Vs. Texas A&M Overtime Score: Tigers Upset Aggies With Comeback Victory

The Missouri Tigers game versus the Texas A&M Aggies was guaranteed to be a close game as soon as Gus Johnson was named the broadcaster for their game on FX. The game lived up to those expectations, too, as the Tigers forced overtime to secure the upset and a 38-31 final score for the victory.

Missouri was led by quarterback James Franklin as he threw for 199 yards and two touchdowns -- including an 11-yard strike to Marcus Lucas for the game's only overtime score -- while contributing two more scores on the ground as he rushed his way to 98 yards and an additional pair of rushing touchdowns.

The Aggies were definitely the favorites in the Big 12 (possibly soon to be SEC) match-up as the Tigers went into the game with a losing record at 3-4, but Mizzou led after the first quarter. The Tigers later put together a pair of touchdown drives in the fourth quarter prior to the Aggies tying it with a field goal and forcing overtime.

Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill looked great for the most part as he completed 34 of his 51 passes for 310 yards and three touchdowns. It was an unfortunate end to the game for him, however, as he dropped the ball on what could have been a game-winning drive in the fourth quarter for the Aggies.

Missouri Vs. Texas A&M Score: Tigers Clawing Back In Fourth

Despite trailing by 14 points to their SEC West rival Texas A&M Aggies in the second quarter, the Missouri Tigers have cut it to 28-24 with about 10 minutes left. A Ryan Tannehill interception set up some explosive runs by Henry Josey and James Franklin, and now we've got a ball game again.

We've got live Missouri-Texas A&M score updates here.

Franklin and Josey have more than 75 yards rushing apiece, while Franklin has added 153 yards through the air. Christine Michael leads A&M with 107 yards on the ground, but the Aggies haven't gotten much going since the first half. This is obvious to you, as you just read that part above about the Tigers coming back.

What is it about Texas A&M that forbids them from playing as well in second halves as they do in first halves?

Missouri Vs. Texas A&M Halftime Score: Ryan Tannehill Is Rolling

The Missouri Tigers looked like they might be able to score an upset over the Texas A&M Aggies after leading 14-7 at the end of the first quarter, but Ryan Tannehill has changed everything around in the third quarter to help his Aggies re-gain the lead. The Aggies lead 28-14 at halftime with Mizzou vs. Texas A&M score updates available here.

Tannehill had a quiet first quarter, but he's currently completed 18 of his 24 passing attempts for 180 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for a fourth to help the Aggies to he halftime lead.  Tannehill has connected with Cyrus Gray, Ryan Swope and Michael Lamothe as his three touchdown targets. The Aggies are 7-of-9 on third-down conversions, an obvious key to their current lead.

The Tigers looked good in their first quarter, but unfortunately haven't been able to get much going in the second quarter. James Franklin has completed 10 of his 16 passing attempts while rushing for 32 yards and a touchdown on the ground.

Mizzou Vs. Texas A&M Score: Aggies, Tigers Keeping It Close Early

The Missouri Tigers are off to a good start in their game at College Station, Texas, with the Texas A&M Aggies. The Tigers gotout to an early 7-0 lead thanks to the play of quarterback James Franklin, but the Aggies were able to answer just a couple of possessions later (here's the spot for live updates on this game).

Franklin, a sophomore, has completed all four of his passing attempts and was credited for 14 yards on five carries during the Tigers first drive. He busted a big one when it mattered, however, as his 20-yard touchdown run was the first scoring drive of the game.

It didn't take long for the Aggies to answer, however, as a 14-play drive that covered 175 yards finished when Ryan Tannehill found Michael Lamothe on a two-yard passing play. Tannehill is 8-of-12 for 68 yards and a touchdown at this early juncture of the game.
